Swimming Pools

This is a 60 year old swimming pool, I have shown the whole process of the new tile installation.  I used CBP products for this installation.  I use the best products and also use manufacture's recommendations.

First Step 

The original tile was removed prior to this project. We removed old mortar.  

Second Step

We applied a waterproof and crack isolation membrane to concrete surface of the swimming pool.  It consisted of three coats a pickle coat and then two full coats of the liquid membrane.

Third Step

We used a crack prevention mortar to glue glass mosaics to the crack isolation/waterproof membrane surface. 

Fourth Step 

We used 100% Silicone from one plane to another and also every ten feet as spec per manufacture. Then we used commercial epoxy.  The epoxy needed to cure for 15 days!
